Chimerica tells the story of Joe Schofield, who, in 1989, was in a hotel room overlooking Tiananmen Square where he was able to snap a version of the famous 'Tank Man' photograph. Twenty-four years later, Joe has a chance encounter that leads him to believe that the man in the photograph might still be alive. A miniseries based on the award-winning play by Lucy Kirkwood.
